NOTD: China Glaze Smoke and Ashes

Today's nail of the day is China Glaze's Smoke and Ashes, a polish representing the 12th District from the Hunger Games Collection- Colours from the Capitol.

This is a dark blue/black based polish with blue and green sparkle flecks. The flecks are hard to see in pictures, but are easily seen in this bottle shot here.

I really like this colour. I think it's a way to wear black, but with a little added something.
